Issues regarding your learning suite access
I have forgotten my password.
- You can access the Haufe Learning Suite under https://lernwelt.haufe-akademie.de.
- Click on “Forgot your password?”, enter your username and click on “Request new password”.
- After a few minutes you should receive a link via email that allowes you to set a new password. Please be aware that the link expires after 24 hours. If the link is no longer valid, you can request a new link by clicking the “Forgot your password?” button again.
The provided password does not work.
Please make sure that there is no space before or after your password and that the caps lock key is not activated.
If the password still does not work, please go to the question „I have forgotten my password.“
I have forgotten my username.
In most cases, your company email address is your username.
If not, please contact your company’s internal contact person for trainings. If they cannot help you, please contact support@haufe-akademie.de.
I cannot log in to Lernwelt Manager.

The username for Lernwelt Manager is always: “LWM-[email address]”.
I cannot log in to Haufe Learning Suite.

There is a SSO connection between my company and the Haufe Learning Suite. However, I’m unable to login while being on the login page of the Haufe Learning Suite. How can I login?
Kindly contact your internal colleagues responsible for the Haufe Learning Suite. They should be able to provide you with the according link to login to the Haufe Learning Suite, using the above mentioned SSO connection.
I am unable to download my certificate of completion.
Please clear your browser cache and delete all cookies (by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard). Then login to the Haufe Learning Suite again. You should now be able to download your certificate.

The learning session does not show a “completed” status, even though you have worked through it?
Please make sure that all sections of the learning session have been fully completed. Please note that some practice questions have to be answered 80-100% correctly to be considered completed.
If all sections of the learning session have been fully completed and the session still does not show a “completed” status, please clear your browser cache and delete all cookies (by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard). Then login to the Haufe Learning Suite again.
