Frequently asked questions regarding the Content Collection

What is the minimum number of learners required?

Our quotas start from 50 Flat licenses. This grants 50 employees unlimited access to the entire portfolio of the Content Collection.

How are the e-learnings provided?

There are two options here:

  • Option 1: Looking to get off to a fresh start with e-learning? You are welcome to use our learning environment.
  • Option 2: If you already have your own learning environment, our courses are easily connected via interfaces such as SCORM or LTI 1.3.
Is it possible to repeat a course?

Each completed e-learning session can be repeated as often as you like. The condition for this is a current basic subscription.

Where is the data stored?

The data from our learning space "Lernwelt" is hosted exclusively in Germany. The Lernwelt-Manager does not store any personal data.

How do you access the e-learning courses?

Learners have direct access to our e-learning courses via the Haufe Akademie learning environment or via their own Learning Management System (LMS). Intelligent interfaces such as SCORM or LTI make it possible to connect to course content. Technical support and advice are always included.

In which form are the courses offered?

All our e-learning courses are “ready to use.” This means they are ready to use at any time. Courses are either assigned to employees centrally or retrieved “on demand” by learners themselves

How are e-learning programs used?

The e-learning courses can be used holistically or individually, depending on requirements and topic. Based on the level of knowledge, they can be a useful addition to longer training, serve as an introduction to a topic or to consolidate pre-existing knowledge.

Is there a confirmation of completion at the end of a course?

Yes, every e-learning course has a certificate of completion which is provided at the end of the respective course.

Can you share access with someone?

No. Every license is personalized to an individual learner and can only be used by the individual specified.

Auf welchen Geräten laufen E-Learnings?

Unsere E-Learnings sind auf allen gängigen Endgeräten verfügbar, die zum Arbeitsequipment gehören, egal ob PC, Laptop oder Tablet.

Wie lange dauert ein Kurs?

Die Länge einer digitalen Lerneinheit variiert zwischen 30 Minuten und 2,5 Stunden.

Welche Formate gibt es in E-Learnings?

Um den Lernerfolg bei allen verschiedenen Lerntypen zu sichern, bestehen unsere E-Learnings aus vielen unterschiedlichen Formaten. Diese Formate reichen von Expert:innenvideos und kurzen Filmsequenzen über Videosimulationen bis hin zum Erklärvideo. Für Personen mit Präferenz für auditive Formate sind beispielsweise Audios wie Hörbuchsequenzen eingebunden. Mithilfe von integrierten Übungen und Wissenstests wird Erlerntes gefestigt und durch Transferimpulse in die Praxis übertragen.

In welchen Sprachen sind die Kurse verfügbar?

Die Kurse werden standardmäßig in Deutsch und Englisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Weitere Sprachen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

In welcher Frequenz erscheinen neue Kurse?

Im regelmäßigen Abstand von drei Monaten werden neue E-Learnings veröffentlicht.

Kann man die Kurse jederzeit unterbrechen und später fortsetzen?

Ja, das geht. Die E-Learnings können jederzeit unterbrochen werden. Das E-Learning startet beim nächsten Mal genau dort, wo der Lernende aufgehört hat.
